12'x30'  @ $49/mo. if prepaid 6 months (or $65/mo.  month-to-month)

12'x44' @ $69/mo. if prepaid 6 months (or $90/mo. month-to-month)

12'x88' @ $139/mo. if prepaid 6 months (or $180/mo. month-to-month)

• All rentals require a $100 security deposit, automatic checking account debiting, and an auto-renewing lease agreement. 
• Prepaid customers will pay for 3-9 months (at our discretion) depending on our remaining current rental period.
• Month-to-month customers will pay for prorated current month and next month.  
• We accept automatic checking account debit payments only.  No refunds.
• Items stored & checking account must be titled/registered in customer's name.  
• Maximum vehicle lengths: 28',  42', and 86'  respectively.
• Current vehicle registration required.
• Sorry, no commercial vehicles.

• Two 12'  x 24' outdoor parking spaces included.
• 150 amp, 30  circuit, single phase 240v service panel included.
• 16'x14' high commercial rollup door and a 3'x7' walk through door included.
• We accept automatic checking account debit payments only. 
• 3+ year lease, paid monthly.  Acceptable lease application & financials required.  Security deposit is 4x rent.
• Tenant pays maintenance, and prorated electrical usage & property taxes.
